What I can support you with
You may recognise yourself in one or more of these experiences:
Desire and libido
You miss feeling desire or want to understand what has made it quieter.
Orgasm
You want to get to know your body more deeply and find it easier to reach orgasm — perhaps for the first time.
Shame and body image
You want to feel freer and more at home in your body and loosen the hold of shame.
Intimacy and communication
You want to talk more openly about desires and boundaries and feel closer in your relationship.
Performance pressure
Sex often feels like something you have to get right, and you want to return to feeling rather than performing.
Sexual confidence
You want to discover what you truly want and give your desires more room.
Frequently asked questions
What is Pleasure Psychology?
Pleasure Psychology is the name I use for my approach. It brings together psychological knowledge, systemic thinking and body-oriented work. Our work may focus on sexuality, but it can also include relationships, self-trust and the question of what makes life feel alive for you.
Can I speak with you before booking a session?
Yes. You are welcome to book a free introductory phone call of about ten minutes. You can ask your questions and get a sense of whether working with me feels right. You do not need to share your full story on that call.
What happens in the first session?
We talk about what is troubling you now and what you would like to change. I may offer an initial reflection or a practice that fits your concern. You decide what you want to talk about and how quickly we move.
Do you offer online and in-person sessions?
Yes. Sessions are available online and in person in Munich and the Allgäu. We can look together at which setting best supports your daily life and your sense of safety.
How long is a session and what does it cost?
A 1:1 session lasts 50 minutes and costs 120 euros. Ninety-minute sessions can also be arranged on request.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no fixed answer. Some concerns begin to shift within a few sessions, while others need more time. After our first session, I will give you an honest recommendation. You can then decide whether and how you would like to continue.
Do I remain fully clothed, and is there any touch?
You remain fully clothed. There is no physical or sexual contact between us. You do any body-oriented practices yourself and can always say no or stop an exercise.
Can sex coaching support low desire or difficulty reaching orgasm?
These concerns can be part of coaching. We may explore body awareness, performance pressure, shame, relationship experiences and communication. Physical or medical causes should be assessed by a doctor. I cannot promise a particular outcome.
How is sex coaching different from psychotherapy?
Coaching focuses on questions, wishes and changes that do not require treatment for a mental health condition. Psychotherapy has a separate therapeutic purpose. In Germany, I also offer psychotherapy under a Heilpraktiker permit for psychotherapy in a separate setting. If another form of support would be more appropriate, I will say so openly.
Will what I share remain confidential?
Yes. I treat what you share in our sessions as confidential. You decide which personal details you want to talk about.
Does health insurance cover sex coaching?
Sex coaching is a self-funded service and is not covered by German health insurance.
